Musculoskeletal physiotherapy targets the muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons that move your body. Whether you're dealing with a stubborn lower-back ache, a frozen shoulder, tennis elbow or sciatica, our hands-on treatment combines manual therapy, targeted exercise and patient education to address the root cause — not just the symptom. Dr. Sadik Hasan brings 16 years of clinical experience from Labaid Ltd. to every assessment, designing a recovery plan that fits your body, your goals and your schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions will I need?
Most patients see meaningful relief within 3–4 sessions and complete a full recovery cycle in 6–8 sessions. Chronic conditions may need a longer plan — we'll be upfront with you at assessment.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No referral is required. You can book directly. If you have recent imaging (X-ray, MRI) or specialist notes, please bring them along.
Will the treatment be painful?
Sessions are designed to be tolerable. Some techniques produce a brief, productive discomfort — never sharp pain. You're always in control and we adjust intensity to your comfort.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement of the affected area. For lower-limb issues, shorts work best. We can also provide a clinic gown if preferred.
Is the first session different from follow-ups?
Yes — your first visit is a full assessment plus initial treatment and takes about 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 45 minutes.
